Europia’s response
As an initial response, Europia has set up a Facebook fundraising campaign. The collected funds are divided equally to support NGOs working on the ground in Ukraine, Poland, Romania, and Moldova.
Ukrainian Community Sessions
We run Ukrainian Community Sessions (drop-ins)

at Manchester Central Library, St Peter’s Square, Manchester M2 5PD.
🗓️ Wednesdays – 5th July, 2nd August, 30th August, 27th September
at Ukrainian Cultural Centre, 31 Smedley Lane, Cheetham Hill, Manchester M8 8XB
from 16:00 to 19:00

Craft sessions
We invite you to our craft sessions at Friends Meeting House (6 Mount St, Manchester M2 5NS) from 10.30 to 12 pm.
You can enjoy a hot drink while meeting new people and help us by sharing ideas on how we can further support the Ukrainian community.
You can also work on your own craft projects or join our embroidery session while chatting or even share your hobby with us. The sessions will be dedicated to Ukrainian embroidery patterns and delivered in English and Ukrainian. We will provide all the materials you will need.
When?
20th May. 3rd June, 17th June, 1st July from 10.30 am to 12 pm.
Where?
At Friends Meeting House (6 Mount St, Manchester M2 5NS). It is located behind Manchester Central Library.
Please just come and visit. No need to book ahead!

Europia’s Emergency Fund
We made Europia’s Emergency Fund available to Ukrainian nationals who need support to buy essential supplies. The application is translated into Ukrainian to make it accessible to everyone who needs it.
