The new immigration service aims to reach out to members of our community and beyond offering professional, and affordable assistance. Our immigration team have a wealth of experience, we are regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) to level 3 and is therefore able to take on cases from simple applications to more complex cases including appeals and administrative reviews. One-off consultation £99

We offer a one-off consultation where we take detailed instructions from you regarding your immigration issue. We provide you with comprehensive advice about all the available options. You will receive a detailed advice letter setting out everything discussed. We will also provide quotes for further services should it be necessary.

Full application services

Europia can help you by preparing your case with our full application service, taking on the responsibility and representing you to UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) so you have the best possible chance of a stress-free immigration process and a successful outcome.

With the full application service
we will:

  • advise you on which documents are needed
  • review your documents to ensure they meet the requirements for a successful application
  • complete the online application on your behalf
  • go on record with UKVI and advocate and handle all correspondence on your behalf
  • draft detailed legal representations to ensure UKVI can easily understand how your case meets the rules

EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS)

Europia offers support to European citizens and non-EU family members with EUSS applications. Please contact us to find out more at visa@europia.org.uk

EUSS Family Permits

If you can show that you have a pre-existing relationship prior to 31st December 2020 then you may be able to successfully apply to join your EEA family member who has either pre-settled or settled status.

You will have to apply for an EUSS Family Permits from outside the UK which is granted for six months and once in the UK apply to the EU Settlement Scheme.

NB: If your relationship started after the 31st December 2020 then you can apply under other Immigration Rules.

Citizenship

You can apply for citizenship once you have held settled status/indefinite leave to remain for 12 months – unless you are married to a British citizen, in which case you can apply as soon as you acquire settled status/indefinite leave to remain.

Student Visas

You can apply for a Student visa to study in the UK if you’re 16 or over and you:

  • have enough money to support yourself and pay for your course – the amount will vary depending on your circumstances
  • can speak, read, write and understand English
  • have consent from your parents if you’re 16 or 17 – you’ll need evidence of this when you apply

Partner Visas

This visa is for partners of British citizens or someone who has Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK or those with pre-settled status under the EU Settlement Scheme, who wish to live with their partner in the UK. There are similar visas for civil partners and unmarried partners.

The following eligibility criteria must be satisfied:

· both applicant and partner must be 18 or older;

· they must be in a genuine and subsisting relationship;

· the financial requirement must be met;

· the  English language requirement must be met.

Human Rights Applications

For more complex applications or where there are exceptional circumstances e.g. children are included in the application or you do not meet the requirements of other immigration rules, we can help you make a human rights application based on your right to private and family life.

Indefinite Leave to Remain

There are many routes to Indefinite Leave to Remain, we can discuss your specific circumstances to ascertain your best options.

Skilled Worker Visas

If you want to come to the UK to work there various routes but the most common visa is the Skilled Worker visa which replaced the Tier 2 (General) visa.

You must have a job offer and a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) from an organisation based in the UK that holds a sponsor licence.

Health and Care Worker Visa

The Health and Care Worker visa route is a route to settlement. Some migrants who
are in the UK can switch to this route. Applicants who wish to come to the UK can apply too.

Key points:
· Need to be sponsored
· No immigration health charge to pay
· English at level B1 a requirement
· Low visa fee at £247
· Route to settlement after 5 years
· You can bring your family with you as dependents
· Adult family members can work in any job without having to be sponsored
