Who is this service for?

The Labyrinth Project aims to support the most vulnerable and out of reach communities within Salford, with a particular focus on Central and Eastern European Nationals.

This is a free service. We are funded by NHS Salford CCG Innovation Fund.

About us

The Labyrinth Project is an innovative partnership between Gaddum, Europia and The Melissus Project. Our aim is to support Salford residents to navigate through the ‘labyrinth’ of health and social care services, to build resilience and improve health and wellbeing.

We are running drop-ins every Monday at Eccles Public Library and every Wednesday at Mustard Tree. The sessions are free and everyone is welcome – whether it’s for a brew and a biscuit and to meet other people, to take part in creative activities, or for some more specific advice on issues such as housing, benefits or health. Our Community Connectors are on hand at each session to provide one-to-one advice and information and help connect people with support services. 

If you prefer to speak in your own language, we have volunteer interpreters speaking in CEE languages, as well as Polish staff members.

The Melissus Project specialise in Trauma Informed Support, and we have utilised this approach in our drop-in sessions, creating a warm, inclusive and welcoming environment.

Our first drop-in session in 2023 will be on Wednesday 4th.

MONDAYS 10AM – 1PM

• Every Monday at Eccles Public Library, 28 Barton Ln, Eccles, Manchester M30 0TU

WEDNESDAYS 10AM-1PM

• Every Wednesday at Mustard Tree, 15 Southway, Eccles Precinct, Manchester M30 0LJ

• Every Wednesday at Mustard Tree, Haysbrook Ave, Little Hulton, M28 0AU

Our drop-in sessions will run until 31st March.

You do not need to be referred or fill out a form to access this service. Simply get in touch or check our socials to find out when we will next be delivering a drop-in session near you and turn up! No appointment is needed.
