Atiha Chaudry has over 25 years of experience in the public, voluntary and community sectors and has worked with a range of organisations. She has extensive community and voluntary sector experience gained over many years of voluntary work in the community. She is passionate and committed to the community and voluntary sector and over the years has given her time generously to the sector. Atiha is an associate of the Manchester BME Network and the Chair of the GM BME Network project. She has served as a Justice of the Peace at the Stockport Magistrates Court since 2001. Atiha was appointed Deputy Lieutenant of Greater Manchester in 2012.

Founder of Antz Network
Gosia McKane founded charitable organisation Merseyside Polonia back in 2008. Merseyside Polonia aims to develop positive relationships between the Polish Community and local residents in Liverpool. The initiative has grown quickly and it is a huge success in bringing together people of different cultural backgrounds and helping new Polish arrivals engage fully with Liverpool life. In 2009 it earned praise from the Prime Minister of Poland, Donald Tusk.
Born in Poland, Joanna is a community activist based in Edinburgh and the coordinator of Bloody Foreigners and One Day Without Us campaigns in Edinburgh. Since 2008 she is working as a director of the Polish Cultural Festival Association and she has developed a number of successful projects to support migrant and ethnic minority communities and their integration into wider society. Her work concentrates around promoting equality and social diversity through community-led and cultural initiatives.
