Free EUSS help for EU nationals

The Europia immigration team are very pleased to announce that we have secured Home Office funding to undertake complex European Union Settlement Scheme (EUSS) applications. This means if you are eligible to apply to the scheme but your application has been rejected as invalid or refused we can support you to make a new application.

We specialise in supporting domestic abuse survivors and those who have survived human trafficking and modern slavery, we also work very closely with Roma communities. However we are now in a position to support any eligible citizen who is yet to make an EUSS application, or requires additional support with an already submitted application.

As part of our commitment to ensuring the rights of EU nationals and their family members we support them through the entirety of the EUSS process; from submitting complex applications on their behalf to only closing cases when we are confident they can view and prove their status independently.

We also have forged strong links with the Home Office EUSS Vulnerability Team, meaning we can seek additional support from the Home Office for the most complex cases and vulnerable citizens.
